Delete your Remi account
Remi is made by Twine Campus. You can ask for your Remi account and its data to be deleted here, without opening the app.
How it works
- 1Enter the email you use for Remi below.
- 2Open the email we send and confirm. The link works for 24 hours.
- 3Your subscription is canceled straight away. 7 days later your account and data are deleted.
- 4Changed your mind? The confirmation email has a link to keep your account, any time in those 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, school and settings
- Courses, syllabi, uploaded materials and files
- Lectures, voice notes and recordings, and their transcripts
- Chats with Remi, chat attachments and what Remi remembers about you
- Flashcards, quizzes, practice exams and results
- Study plans, sessions, goals, whiteboards and achievements
- Your subscription and usage history in Remi
What is kept
- Payment records, which Stripe, our payment processor, keeps for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- A record that a deletion was requested and carried out, with its dates. It holds a one-way scramble of your email, not the email itself.
Your Twine account, if you have one, is separate. Delete it on twinecampus.com.
